We are a husband and wife team whoâs exercise approach is based on nearly 40 years of combined knowledge and experience in health and fitness. We are extremely passionate about using exercise to energise and uplift people to become better versions of themselves, empowering them to feel strong not just in the body but also in mind. We are firm believers that a long term approach to improving our physical function for a better quality of life is the best motivation for exercising, therefore, our exercise approach is centred around âfunctional trainingâ with a specialism in exercise for persons with medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and musculoskeletal issues.
