'Nice & Easy' Home Stretch & Core Workout Sequence

 

The workout has been designed to help you improve your body awareness and focus on your core muscles and flexibility.

Some important notes about this workout video:

  • This Version is the longer 45 minute sequence. 
  • The workout is a mixture of standing and floor work.
  • If you are unable to get down and up, off from the floor, then you should only focus on 
  • section 1 of the video, but don’t fear! For those of you who have trouble with floor to standing transitioning, we’ll be shooting another workout video, which will be more tailored to a gentler lever with our mobility themed home workout video.
  • If there are any exercises that you feel need to be avoided, perform a standing or seated march on the spot with shoulder rolls, instead.
