The workout has been designed to help you improve your body awareness and focus on your core muscles and flexibility.
Some important notes about this workout video:
- Firstly, there are two versions of this workout. This version is the shorter 25 minute sequence.
- The workout is a mixture of standing and floor work.
- If you are unable to get down and up, off from the floor, then you should only focus on
- section 1 of the video, but don’t fear! For those of you who have trouble with floor to standing transitioning, we’ll be shooting another workout video, which will be more tailored to a gentler lever with our mobility themed home workout video.
- If there are any exercises that you feel need to be avoided, perform a standing or seated march on the spot with shoulder rolls, instead.
